My name is Vladimir S. Sibirtsev. I was born on October 26, 1969 in Saint-Petersburg city in Russia (where live and now). In 1992 year has finished St. Petersburg State Technological Institute (Technical University). In 1995 year has received a degree Ph.D. in area of bioorganic chemistry. With 1992 till 2001 worked as the senior researcher scientist in Central Reseach Institute Roentgenology and Radiology.
